Our Sunday Service – The Change Shed
10am-11.20am
1 Chipmans Road Rokeby
Church services at Grace are fresh, dynamic and inspirational. We gather as a community of love and acceptance – a great big family of all ages, all backgrounds and all nationalities. We celebrate the fact that we are united by a common relationship with Jesus Christ. Maybe you’ve never been to church before or perhaps you have been to church in the past, but haven’t been for a long time. We’d love to invite you along this weekend.
The following are a series of Frequently Asked Questions that we hope will answer some of the questions about our Grace Services. If you still have any enquiries then please call our office, or alternatively approach one of our friendly pastors or team members – we’re sure they’ll do all that they can to answer your questions.

Frequently Asked Questions
When and where does the church hold its services?
Sunday 10am – 1 Chipmans Road Rokeby, Emmanuel Christian School’s Performing Arts Centre
How long do services go for?
Our services normally go for an hour and twenty. On some occasions the meeting may go for a little longer, but this is not very often as we respect everyone’s time.
Do you have church services on long weekends?
Yes. In addition, with Easter and Christmas being important times of the year for Christians, we often have additional services at these times each year. This includes a service on Good Friday, and regular service times on Easter Sunday. We also hold a service on Christmas Day or Christmas Eve. This will vary from year to year, so check out our website closer to Christmas or Easter.
Do I have to contact the church before I come?
No. Grace Church loves having new people come to our services and you are more than welcome to just turn up. If you are coming for the first time, or if you’ve already come a couple of times and have some questions, we encourage you to introduce yourself to one of our pastors or team members. The easiest places to locate one of these people is to find one of our friendly ushers who will be only too happy to help.
Are there any programs for my children?
Yes! Grace Church values families. And we have one of the most fun, energetic and well supervised kids’ programs in Tasmania. Grace Kidz run children’s programs for children aged 2yrs to grade 6.
Is there a parents’ room?
For parents including nursing mothers, you can still enjoy services in the parenting room at the side of the main auditorium. There is a video feed directly from the service to the room so you won’t miss out on any of the action. The room is equipped with feeding and changing facilities to help parents with infants experience church services without the stress.
